THE ONLY WAY TO SEE JAMAICA IS WITH CLIVE'S TRANSPORTATION SERVICE.

Right from our pick-up at the airport with "Baz" we immediately felt welcome which was important to us being that this was our first time visiting beautiful Jamaica and did not know what to expect. First impressions are important and Baz made our introduction a smooth and friendly one. Thanks Baz!!

NOW..our next meeting with Clives would be to meet "Clive Jr." for our first tour to The Black River Safari, the Y.S. Falls which was absolutely beautiful and then to the Appleton Estates which was interesting to say the least. For this tour we met a couple who was also from the New York City area and started bonding before Clive Jr. could get a word in about our upcoming tour and it was pretty funny when he politely pointed that out to us. Aside from the tour, Clive Jr. made a few stops so that we could enjoy some local Jamaican food such as vegetable & beef patties with coco bread, Fried chicken w/rice and peas, papaya juice and Spicy Shrimp on our way back to our hotel. Along our travels Clive Jr. pointed out some very interesting things and educated us in a few areas such as the Jamaican School System and their needs, to things such as Ackee being Jamaicas National fruit and how a consumer of an unripe fruit can become severly ill or even die. He then allowed us to sample the fruit, thank goodness it was ripe HaHa. Not to mention the scenery along the way being a treat in itself. This wouldn't be our last time hanging out with Clive Jr. who was an absolute pleasure getting to know.

At our request he arranged a trip to the 2006 Montego Bay Sumfest which was a two day event being that we purchased VIP passes.Wow!.!.! was this an experience, I dont think we have ever partied harder than at our time at Sumfest! and the great part about it was that Clive Jr. accompanied us and made us feel 100% SAFE!!! He picked us up at an excellent time which helped us secure our spot for both nights. During our stay we spent alot of time with Clive Jr. from picking us up at our hotel in Negril, to taking us to Montego Bay which is about an hour and a half away then back to Negril, then repeating this sequence several times. I guess you can say we really bonded and by the end of our week stay in Negril we felt like we really made a friend in Clive Jr. He then picked us up on our departing day to take us to the airport after having himself maybe three hours of sleep from being with us all night at Sumfest and was on time as he was extremely punctual for all of our tours. We even got to meet the man himself Clive Sr. as we made our way to the airport and felt like our business was genuinely appreciated.

Thank you so much Clive and Clive Jr. for such a reliable service. We were GREATLY satisfied with Clives Transportation and would recomment this service to ANYONE who is interested in visiting Jamaica.

When we had a 3 hour delay plus another 2 hour delay waiting for our baggage at Jamaica and we were convinced that no-one would be there to meet us. How wrong could we be. You gave us a cold badly needed drink, and it was great to chat about the location, culture and everything else that we could expect once our vacation had begun. It got us off to a great start. Just Wanted To...!

Just wanted to send you a quick email and let you know how happy we were with your services. Leeroy transported us to our hotel on 2/28, took us on a day tour during the week and transferred us back to the airport on 3/7. We could not have asked for a better person to do this job. He was wonderful and catered to our every need. He made it so hard for us to leave and made our vacation very enjoyable. I just wanted to say thank you and was hoping you could again tell Leeroy how happy we were with his services and how wonderful of a person we all thought he was. We will definately be back to Jamaica and will be using your services again at that time. Also, we will spread the word of how great Clive's transportation is.

I Just Wanted To...!

I just wanted to send an email saying thanks to clive's and to our tour guide and driver terry for showing us a fantastic time in jamaica. i was there for a wedding about a month ago and booked our transportation through clive's. I had read many good things on the internet and I was happy to discover they were all true. from the second terry picked us up at the airport we developed an instant connection. terry is one of the most personable, knowledgeable and intelligent people i've ever had the pleasure of meeting and it was a real pleasure having him show us around the island. in every instance he looked out for our well being and always made us feel safe. i feel i made a great friend in terry as we still keep in contact through phone calls every week or so just to say hi. thanks again to clive's and to terry for making our trip so special. i hope to return to jamaica soon to see terry and of course to use clive's fantastic service.

Just a quick note to say thank you - we had a great day visiting the north coast of Jamaica and Dunn's River Falls. Our driver was very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. We Visited Jamaica...!

We visited Jamaica on January 25th to the 31st and had Terry as our guide. He drove us to Nine Miles,Chukka Zipline tours and Negril. We stayed at the Grand Palladium near the town of Lucea.

If anyone wants the best guide that Clives has to offer it is Terry,not only was he our guide but he also became an awesome friend,he taught us alot about the Jamaican culture and went out of his way to make our excursions unforgettable,We were thirsty after our trip to Nine Miles and we asked Terry if he could stop for something to drink, he stopped at a roadside coconut stand and we enjoyed delicious coconut water and chewed on some sugarcane!!!

Terry....we miss you and all of us agreed that you made our trip to Jamaica amazing!!!!!

Every time we have always been happy with your service, always on time, and have waited at the airport when our arrival flight was delayed by a few hours.
Drivers are always courteous, nice and careful drivers. Your service has always been prompt in pickup on depature day in getting us to the airport for our flights home (as much as we always did not want to have to leave)

I would like to thank "Clives" for the great service we received on our recent trip to Negril. In particular we would like to recognize Otis who met us at the airport in Montego Bay and made sure all of our other connections were taken care of. Just a note to thank Clive Jr. for his great ride on Monday, March 26th, from Sangster to Sandals Whitehouse. He was there right on time, had a nice cold Red Stripe and the drive was lovely. He informed us about many things about Jamaica which was nice because it was our first trip to your wonderful country. I met you outside of Jake's on Thursday as you were picking up some passengers for Negril and asked about your rates. We booked with you later that day by phone. Averill picked us up at Jake's yesterday morning (Friday) and brought us to YS Falls and then to Montego Bay Airport. We wanted to write and let you know how happy we were with the service during our ride yesterday. Your price was very reasonable. So we would have been willing to sacrifice a little service for the excellent rate. But we didn't have to sacrifice at all.

Averill was a safe, professional driver, and made the trip a pleasure. Since we stopped at YS Falls en route from Jake's to the airport, I think he had to take some detours that were new to him. But he navigated the roads perfectly. He was not afraid to confirm with people at the side of the road that we were going the right way - many professional drivers would rather get lost than sensibly ask for help. We arrived at Montego Bay exactly when we wanted to - even a little early.

I really enjoyed speaking with him about Jamaican life, farms, fruits, schooling, etc. He also allowed a lot of companionable silence so we could enjoy the view of the countryside and get lost in our own thoughts. He told us he loves his job, and he does it very well. Please pass our thanks on to Averill. We had a great trip in Jamaica and were happy to be able to enjoy the last morning so much.

We wanted to write and say how awesome Terry was. We were skeptical to go to Jamaica but once we met him and saw what a gentle and kind person he was those worries went away. Terry went out of his way to keep us safe. He never let us out of his sight. It felt like we had our own personal bodyguard. We were in Negril the week of August 25th and used Otis several times during our stay. What can I say, he is the best. He made our trip even more fantastic than we thought it would be.
